L&M ~ The Wedding

Lara and Mathieu's wedding was the entire reason we went on our big summer road trip.

We were so excited to be a part of this wedding. Sydney and Henry were flower girl and ring bearer and I was able to help them craft their way to one of the most incredible weddings I have ever been to. Lara envisioned a gorgeous vintage theme. The whole weekend fell in line with that vibe.

Everything started with the rehearsal dinner on Friday. Henry rocked his moustache soother and Sydney danced around and learned how to be a flower girl. We had a delicious lunch at a little restaurant called Scratch and then we all went back to our house to rest for the next day.

On the morning of the wedding we were all so excited. I couldn't wait to get the kids in their cute clothes (I made Henry's outfit!) and I was so excited to see all of the wedding details together. We went down to meet Lara and Mathieu to do pictures. Lara looked so incredible! They decided to do a first look so that they could get photos done before the wedding. It was such a sweet and emotional moment.

I love Scott so much!

The BEAUTIFUL Bride

Henry was not into having his picture taken...

Our beautiful little Miss.

Little man even had a boutineer!

The details of the ceremony were perfect. Lara had rented antique church pews, dressers, trunks and other amazing details. The effect was absolutely stunning!

The reception was so much fun. There were more incredible details to admire, amazing food (including a sushi station, an ice cream sundae late lunch and a super tasty buffet) and great music. Sydney danced all night and Henry was passed from person to person. They had set up a flip book booth and Sydney was all over it. We came home with STACKS of photo flip books.

It was a day to remember and we came away with some unforgettable memories.
